​Division Manager
Description: Responsible for the management of all rehabilitation programs and services provided within assigned division of Arrowhead West. Full time position.
Requirements: Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and at least five years of related experience, three of which must have been in a mid-management (supervisory) or higher level position.  Degree requirement may be waived with 10 or more years management/supervisory experience, with 5 or more of those years being in the human services field. Valid driver’s license required.
Location Available:  Pratt​

Program Manager

Description: Responsible for the day-to-day coordination in the Adult Life Skills, Retirement and Work Services programs. Responsible for the facilitation of meaningful participation in activities and community inclusion for clients. Full time position.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in appropriate field and two years' experience in rehabilitation programs or vocational management required.  Degree may be waived with five years' experience working in a sheltered workshop setting. Valid driver’s license required.
Location Available:  Pratt

Community Living Instructor
Description: Assist adults with disabilities with daily living skills in home setting.  Part time and full time positions available.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.
Locations Available:  Dodge City, Pratt, Coldwater, Medicine Lodge, and Wichita. 

Community Living Instructor - Live In
Description: Assist adults with disabilities with daily living skills in home setting.  Full time positions available. Separate live-in apartment is provided with free room and board.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.
Locations Available:  Dodge City.

Life Skills Instructor - Part-time
Description:  Work with adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a group setting to help them learn daily living skills and be active members of our community
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.
Locations Available:  Wichita

Life Skills Instructor
Description:  Work with adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a group setting to help them learn daily living skills and be active members of our community
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.
Locations Available:  Dodge City 

Early Childhood Interventionist - Dodge City/Meade
Description: Supports infants and toddlers and their families in home and community based settings. Responsible for completing screenings, evaluations, service planning, family coaching, and team collaboration in order to work toward identified outcomes for each child. Serves as a Family Service Coordinator (FSC) for assigned families collaborating with other community resources.
Requirements: Applicants must have a Kansas Teaching license in Early Childhood Unified covering birth to age 3, be a Registered Nurse as verified by the State of Kansas OR a licensed Speech & Language Pathologist. Requires knowledge of early childhood development and early childhood disorders. Salary determined by Special Education Cooperative.
Locations Available: This position will work primarily in the Meade/Meade County area.

 Vacation Leave 
1st 2 years  12 days per year
Years 3-5  15 days per year
Years 6 - 10  18 days per year
Years 10-15  21 days per year

Sick Leave – 1 day per month
Holidays – 9 paid holidays after 60 days of employment.
Health Insurance – The employee pays $15 the first pay period and the agency pays the remainder of the premium of single Blue Cross Blue Shield policy eligible after 60 days of employment.
Dental Insurance – Agency pays a portion of the premium of Delta Dental policy eligible after 60 days of employment.
Life Insurance – Agency pays premium for $20,000 life insurance policy after 60 days of employment.  After being employed 2 full years, coverage increases to $40,000 the following July 1st date.
Two Retirement Plans – 403B and KPERS (Kansas Public Employee Retirement Plan)
Flexible Benefits Program – New employees may enroll after 60 days of employment.
