Case Manager
Description: Responsible for the coordination of client services, including the management of a caseload as assigned.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 6 months experience in disability supports or the requirements for the State of Kansas to include a minimum of 6 months experience in the field of human services and either a Bachelor’s degree or additional experience in the DD field which may be substituted for the degree at the rate of 6 months of full time experience for each missing semester of college.

Early Childhood Interventionist
Description: Supports infants/toddlers and their families in home and community-based settings. Responsible for the development and implementation of all individualized services for children and their families enrolled in Infant Toddler Services (ITS). Serves as a Family Service Coordinator (FSC) for assigned families. Conducts developmental, hearing, nutrition and vision screenings for infants and toddlers.
Requirements: Kansas licensed professionals: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education and must maintain current teaching license with Early Childhood Unified endorsement (ECU covering birth to 3). Requires knowledge of early childhood development and delays. Valid driver's license required.
Locations Available: Pratt
Additional Information: Salary is determined by the Special Education Cooperative’s salary schedule. Position is based in Pratt, Kansas with travel required to area counties.

Description: Provide guidance and assistance to persons with disabilities to learn life/work skills in our day program.
Requirements: High School Diploma/GED (waived for up to 12 months) and valid driver’s license.
Locations Available: Full-time positions in Dodge City and Pratt.
