Sick Leave – 1 day per month
Holidays – 9 paid holidays after 60 days of employment.
Health Insurance – Full-time employees are eligible for Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance after 60 days of employment. The cost of a single plan is $30 per month with family plan available.
Dental Insurance – Agency pays a portion of the premium of Delta Dental policy eligible after 60 days of employment.
Life Insurance – Agency pays premium for $20,000 life insurance policy after 60 days of employment. After being employed 2 full years, coverage increases to $40,000 on the first day of the following month.
Two Retirement Plans – 403B and KPERS (Kansas Public Employee Retirement Plan)
