Positions available

Position: Community Living Instructors

Description: Assist adults with disabilities with daily living skills in home setting.  Part time and full time positions available.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.

Locations Available:  Dodge City, Pratt, Medicine Lodge, and Wichita, KS


Position:  Life Skill Instructors

Description:  Assist adults with disabilities in day program.  Hours Monday through Friday.  Full time positions available.

Requirements:  High School Diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.

Position:  Case Manager

Description:  Responsible for day to day management of individual client rehabilitation programs and services.  Including the management of assigned case load, development of Person Centered Support Plans, and the maintenance of case files, in accordance with Arrowhead West, Inc.’s corporate policies and procedures, licensing and accreditation standards, and other applicable legal requirements. Also is responsible for on call duties.

Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree (BA) and six month experience in development disabilities field required.

Position:  Early Childhood Special Education Teacher

Description:  Responsible for the provision of early childhood special education services for children ages 0-3 years in Arrowhead West’s infant-toddler services who demonstrate delays or deficits in any area of their development. The Early Childhood Special Educator will plan, organize and implement early childhood special education services for children and families in the Infant-Toddler programs, including comprehensive assessment, delivery and documentation of service, education, consultation, and transition planning.

Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field with certification in Early Childhood Special Education (Unified) required.  Requires Kansas Teaching License.
