Position: Community Living Instructors

Description: Assist adults with disabilities with daily living skills in home setting.  Part time and full time positions available.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED.

Position:  Life Skill Instructors

Description:  Assist adults with disabilities in day program.  Hours Monday through Friday.  Full time positions available.

Requirements:  High school diploma or GED.

Locations Available:  Dodge City and Pratt, KS.


Position:  Community Skills Instructor

Description:  Work with clients with disabilities in day and residential program. Part time time position available.

Requirements:  High school diploma or GED.

Locations Available:  Kinsley,KS


 Position:  Speech Language Pathologist

Description:  Experience using Primary Service  Early Childhood model, and providing support to children birth to age 3 with special needs in natural environments preferred.

Requirements:  Requires Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and Kansas SLP license.

Locations Available:  Pratt, KS


Position:  Child Services Manager

Description:    Responsible for the day-to-day management of all programs & services provided by Child Services.  

Requirements:  Requires a bachelor’s degree from four year college or university in Early Childhood Special Education or in a field related to children’s rehabilitation and two years’ experience in child services, at least one of which must have been in a management level position.

Position:  Residential Manager

Description:    Responsible for the day-to-day management of residential facilities and staff as assigned within MKD.  Serves as a liaison for residential services with day services and case management services.

Requirements:  Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in human service area or management from four-year College or University, and at least two years related work experience. Degree may be waived for a person with at least five years relevant experience in the field of human services.
