 CURRENT OPENINGS

Community Living Instructors:  Assist adults with disabilities with daily living skills in home setting.  Positions available in Dodge City, Medicine Lodge, Pratt and Wichita.

Life Skills Instructor: Provide guidance to persons with disabilities to learn life/work skills in day program. One full time position available in Dodge City.

7 off 7 on Live-In Community Living Instructor:  Assist adults with disabilities with daily living skills in home setting. Work 7 days and be off for 7 days. This is a full time position.  Position located in Dodge City.

Live-In Community Living Instructor:  Assist adults with disabilities with daily living skills in home setting. Live-in position, with free room and board. Position located in Dodge City.

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS FOR ARROWHEAD WEST STAFF:

Vacation Leave.....1st year, 15 days; 3 years, 18 days; 6 years, 21 days

Sick Leave…1 day per month

Wellness Incentive.....Staff may trade accumulated sick leave for additional pay after accruing 240 or more hours.

Holidays.....9 paid holidays.

Health Insurance.....Agency pays premium of a single Blue Cross Blue Shield policy.

Cash Option.....If currently covered under spouse's or parents' group plan, employee may elect a cash option of $100 per month in lieu of coverage in the AWI group health plan.Dental Insurance.....Agency pays a portion of the premium of Delta Dental  policy.

Life Insurance.....Agency pays premium for $20,000 policy; doubles after 2 years.

Retirement Plan: Kansas Public Employee Retirement System and a self-directed 403b plan is also available utilizing tax sheltered investments.

Flexible Benefits Program.....Employees set up accounts to pay for medical (dental, prescription drug or vision) expenses not covered by other sources and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars.
