Assessment Services
Children from birth to three (3) are assessed to determine if there is a need
for developmental services. These assessments provide information to the family
and referral source which can help with future programming decision. The
counties served are Gray, Meade, Ness, Hodgeman, Ford, Clark, Edwards, Kiowa,
Comanche, Pratt, Barber, Kingman and Harper.

Expected Program Results

Comprehensive multidisciplinary evaluation

Determination if services are needed

Referral in Needed
