Assessment Services
Children from birth to three (3) are assessed to determine if there is a need for developmental services. These assessments provide information to the family and referral source which can help with future programming decision. The counties served are Gray, Meade, Ness, Hodgeman, Ford, Clark, Edwards, Kiowa, Comanche, Pratt, Barber, Kingman and Harper.

Admission Criteria
  
Birth to age three (3)
   At risk for developmental delay
   Suspected disability
   Medical Examination

Expected Program Results
   Comprehensive multidisciplinary evaluation
   Determination if services are needed
   Referral in Needed
   Evaluation reports provided in these areas

Infant-Toddle Intervention
The home-based program is structured as a family centered program for the children from birth to age three (3) who have a disability or delay. Services help parents enhance their child's development, encourage normal developmental patterns and aid in transition to other programs, if needed.
